Video Editor

FULL TIME

Location: Hybrid/Remote (Illinois preferred, up to 50% travel)


Responsibilities:

• Drive new business across gaming, entertainment, and brand sectors
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Lead sales presentations, proposals, and pitch meetings
• Manage outreach and pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with creative teams to shape and sell strategic work
• Represent Rad Cabbage at industry events (up to 50% travel)
• Additional Sales related tasks as assigned 


Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in video editing and motion graphics with strong technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Experience with Synology NAS workflows
• Solid understanding of editing principles
• Proficiency in Davinci Resolve for color grading and XML/EDL workflows between Premiere and Resolve
• Strong audio editing skills including knowledge of LUFS, loudness, and delivery standards for online and broadcast
• Technical proficiency in rendering and troubleshooting
• Ability to convert and format content for social platforms including 9×16 and 1×1 ratios


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
