Producer, Sales
FULL TIME
Location: Hybrid/Remote (Illinois preferred, up to 50% travel)
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business across gaming, entertainment, and brand sectors
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Lead sales presentations, proposals, and pitch meetings
- Manage outreach and pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with creative teams to shape and sell strategic work
- Represent Rad Cabbage at industry events (up to 50% travel)
- Additional Sales related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven sales success (gaming, creative, or marketing industries preferred)
- Strong communicator with both creative and client audiences
- Familiarity with content production, marketing, and campaign workflows
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo), Google Suite, Excel
- Driven, competitive, and passionate about storytelling, gaming, and culture
Bonus Points:
- Existing network in gaming or entertainment
- Experience improving sales systems
- Ability to balance startup hustle with client expectations
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base + uncapped commission (OTE $50K–$120K)
